What payment methods do you offer?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Instamojo.

Is there a contract to sign?

No contract to sign. You can cancel or change the plan anytime.

How do I switch to a different plan?

You can switch to a new plan at any time by going to my plan page in your account.

Why there’s an hourly speed limit when the plans say Unlimited Emails?

Unlike other providers, we don’t have any upper monthly cap on the number of emails you can send. But, we restrict each account with an hourly speed to remain in compliance with ISPs Bulk Sender Guidelines.

How soon will my account be activated afterthe payment?

The account will be activated instantly once your order gets approved.

Do you have pricing for high-volume senders?

We do indeed. If you send more than 300,000 emails per day, we have a high-volume plan that can meet your needs. Simply contact with our sales team from our ticket page.

Will my account get suspended after high bounce back?

Our AI-powered delivery engine is smart enough to control high bounces. And, that is why we don’t have a strict account suspension policy in the event of bounces.

Am I able to have different send from for each campaign?
