What payment methods do you offer?

Is there a contract to sign?

How do I switch to a different plan?

Why there’s an hourly speed limit when the plans say Unlimited Emails?

Unlike other providers, we don’t have any upper monthly cap on the number of emails you can send. But, we restrict each account with an hourly speed to remain in compliance with ISPs Bulk Sender Guidelines.

How soon will my account be activated afterthe payment?

The account will be activated instantly once your order gets approved.

Do you have pricing for high-volume senders?

Will my account get suspended after high bounce back?
