Here are the steps:

Step 1: First login visit to your account using your Google account.

Step 2: Then after loggin you willl see your username on bottom left. Like in the below image:

Step 3: Note down your username and logout. Then go to the reset your password (forgot password page). Then set new password by providing your Google Account email.

Step 4: Now you can login using your username + password and as well as with your Google Account auto login. Thus, you can also share your username + password your colleague to login without sharing your Google Account.

This is the temporary workaround, as in near future we will be releasing sub-account features, with the help of which you can share your account with your team-mates. Till then you may need to resort to this work-around.
